Cal Turner Extended Care Pavilion is a Skilled Nursing Facility staffed with a team of knowledgeable and caring registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurse (LPNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs). The Pavilion provides skilled nursing care, which may include services such as wound care following surgery or monitoring I.V. antibiotics for a severe infection. Skilled Nursing Facilities also care for patients on a short-term basis following a serious illness or accident. Skilled care also refers to therapeutic programs such as physical, occupational and speech therapy to assist individuals with disabling injury or illness.

Our objective is always to assist patients in achieving their individual goals, which often includes returning home and/or maintaining an independent or modified independent ability to care for themselves.
