Cal Turner Extended Care Pavilion is a 110-bed long term care facility adjoining The Medical Center at Scottsville. Because of this unique setting, immediate care can be provided by The Medical Center at Scottsville's Emergency Department if conditions warrant. An activities staff, registered dietitians, and rehabilitation specialists - along with a barber shop and beauty salon - help to ensure the best quality of life possible for all residents at the Pavilion.

Cal Turner Extended Care Pavilion is more than a nursing facility. The Pavilion offers short-term rehabilitation for patients who require rehab in a skilled nursing facility. This includes patients recovering from a variety of diagnoses such as stroke and joint replacement surgery.

The Pavilion is proud to be part of the 10 percent of long term care facilities in Kentucky which are accredited by The Joint Commission. It is also the only Joint Commission Accredited nursing facility in the 10-county Barren River Area Development District. Also, Cal Turner Extended Care Pavilion is licensed by Commonwealth of Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
